A Good Fella original.
The craft

How it's built.

The send button is the same button you click the whole way through. Next grows a small paper plane on the last step, and when you press it the button squeezes down into a dot, spins while it waits, then stretches back out with the plane morphing into a checkmark next to Sent. The first version scaled the button for that and it looked wrong - scaling squashes the rounded ends so they smear mid-move. So it animates the button's real size instead, and before it grows back out a hidden copy of the final label measures exactly how wide the finished pill needs to be, so it lands right every time.

There are smaller touches in the same spirit. The labels float up even when the browser autofills your details, which is trickier than it sounds because browsers hide those values from scripts until you touch the page. Going back mirrors the whole transition instead of replaying it, and a wrong field gets a gentle shake with the message rolling in underneath.

Past that it's yours. Add your own steps and fields - it counts how many you added and the step counter and progress line follow along. You can set the pace and the ease, and it fires an event when a step settles and another when the form is sent, so wiring it to a real backend is one listener.
