30-day money-back guarantee

Annnimate offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on:

  • Your first Library subscription payment (first time you join the Library, any tier).
  • Each first Landmark Kit purchase (the 30 days run independently for each Kit).

The window starts on the day Stripe charges your payment method. Within those 30 days, you can request a full refund for any reason, including no reason at all.

Statutory withdrawal right under German/EU law

Under § 312g and § 355 BGB (German Civil Code), distance contracts for digital content carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, that right ends when the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges, at the moment of purchase, that this consent ends the withdrawal right.

Because access to the Library and to each Landmark Kit is delivered immediately, you confirm both during checkout. From that moment, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB ends. The 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 1 is a separate, voluntary right Annnimate offers and continues to apply.

What is not refundable

  • Subscription renewal payments. Cancel from your account at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • Any purchase outside the 30-day window. After day 30, the purchase is final.
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first. Please email support@annnimate.com before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
  • Partial-period refunds for the cancelled portion of an active subscription term after the first 30 days. You retain access until the period ends.
  • Add-on seat purchases mid-term that you stopped using. We pro-rate only when reducing seats at renewal, not within an active term.

How to request a refund

Email support@annnimate.com from the email address on your Annnimate account. Include the email address on file and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt number from your purchase confirmation. You do not need to explain why.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. We confirm by email within 2 business days and the refund typically clears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank.

After a refund, your access to the Library and any refunded Landmark Kit ends within 24 hours. Components you copied or downloaded during your active access remain in your projects under the perpetual license described in the Terms of Service.

Seat changes mid-term

Within a subscription term, you can reassign Seats between people but not request a refund for unused Seats. At renewal, you can choose a smaller tier — the price drop applies from the next term forward.

Tax handling

Refunds include any VAT you paid at purchase. Stripe automatically reverses the tax line on the refund.

Withdrawal button

From 19 June 2026, EU consumers have a withdrawal button inside their account during the 14-day withdrawal window per Directive (EU) 2023/2673. Even when you have waived the statutory right at checkout, the button is available. We will roll it out in the Settings area ahead of the deadline.
