A whiteout transition between two photos. Scroll rolls a fog bank up the frame: the first image loses its detail, then its colour, then disappears under cool white, and the fog clears onto a different scene. The headline over it is eaten by the fog the same way. Unlike Image Dissolve Scroll, nothing tears or breaks into patches - the image is swallowed by atmosphere.
