Annnimate is a SaaS platform that allows users to copy and integrate award-winning animations. The platform provides animations hosted on Netlify, built with GSAP and other libraries, and offers integration options for Webflow components and more.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Annnimate.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Accounts are managed via Outseta, which handles authentication, protected content, and email communications.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Annnimate only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Copying or redistributing animations for unauthorized purposes.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of Annnimate or third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Payment Terms

• Payments for subscriptions are securely processed via Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

5.2 Auto-Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:

• If you encounter technical issues that prevent the use of our platform and we are unable to resolve them.

10. Termination
