How a team kit gets made.

From the first fitting to boxed kits in about eight weeks, with the squad in every decision.

  1. 01 Fit session One morning We come to your club and measure every player in the squad. One morning, a tape and a notebook.
  2. 02 Pattern One week Every size on the squad list gets its own pattern, from the smallest winger to the tallest keeper.
  3. 03 Sample Two weeks One full kit in your colours, sewn in Porto and sent to the captain. You change what you want, as often as you want.
  4. 04 Wear test Two weeks The squad trains in the sample for two weeks. We collect the notes and adjust the fit before the full run.
  5. 05 Delivery Six to ten weeks in Boxed per player, name and number on every shirt. Six to ten weeks from the first fitting.
